LAYTONS CHAMBERS JOINED THE INTERNATIONAL BAR ASSOCIATION FOR A POIGNANT SEMINAR ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SPECIAL TRIBUNAL ON THE CRIME OF AGGRESSION AGAINST UKRAINE, ITS LEGAL FOUNDATIONS, AND ITS ROLE WITHIN THE INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.
